I’ve done two updates already. I don’t want to bombard the channel with turkesterone videos every week. I’ll have another review next week. Everything I’ve shared in the previous two updates are still happening this past week.
I used to do this when I HAD abs. Lost them to too much junk food.😂 But these ideas are great. I will have abs again.💪

@Lose Fat Get Jacked gaining wieght is the challenge i have allways been skinny , abs i try and add weight and do less reps and that seems 2 help
