      I like to mix eccentric with some sets of Jay Cutler shorter range of motion, poor form, break stuff pumps.

      I like that last minute suggestion for a little cardio for ” blood flow warm up”.
      Also 2 or 3 “lighter acclamation sets”.. sounds like this will take the total set number up, but now that I’m older, I’ve found those to be really helpful before jumping into the actual sets. Great video, good pointers even though I’m working out at home 🤜🤛
