As you get older, you want to get your testosterone levels as high as you can naturally. There are many things you can do to prioritize optimizing your testosterone production as a man over 50. That is why I am going to give you 5 quick tips to help you boost your testosterone naturally. Before diving into these tips, I want to tell you why testosterone is so important!

When you are younger, you can eat just about anything and not gain a lot of weight. Your body starts to produce less testosterone when you start to reach the age of 30. It is then a slow decline year after year. It is still going to decline, but you can fight back against it so it is not so drastic as you age. So, here are the 5 proven ways to boost testosterone naturally.

Tip #1: RESISTANCE TRAINING. This is critical for your testosterone production. Not only does it help you stay in shape as you age, but testosterone increases during the muscle repair and building process. Find a plan that stresses weight lifting and stick with it. We also have so many videos on our channel that you can use as you are just getting started or looking for more tips to build muscle and get in shape.

Tip #2: AVOID ENDOCRINE SYSTEM DISRUPTORS. Your endocrine system is basically all of your hormones. There are chemicals in just about everything, even things you may not think about. There are chemicals that can hinder your production of testosterone. Today, specifically focusing on toothpaste, you may need to make a change. There is a new brand and product, and it is Legendary Men’s Care toothpaste AM and PM. It is designed specifically for you men without those harsh chemicals, and there is one for the morning and one for nighttime.

Tip #3: SLEEP. The vast majority of your testosterone production occurs at night when you are sleeping. That is why it is so important to make sure that you are getting good quality sleep. You want to try and get between 7 and 9 hours of good sleep each night.

Tip #4: NUTRITION. We are not going to dive into all the details, but we have lots of videos on nutrition that can be a resource for you. You want to avoid processed foods, and focus on eating whole, nutrient dense foods.

Tip #5: FASTING. There are different types of fasting that you can do, but there are lots of studies that show how fasting helps our testosterone production. A good fasting method is the 16/8 method of intermittent fasting. This means you have an 8 hour window to eat and drink calories then you fast for 16 hours, avoiding any calories..even from drinks.

Alright guys, that wraps up this video tutorial with 5 proven ways to boost testosterone naturally. Make sure to give these tips a try! Subscribe to our channel for more videos on how to build muscle and get in shape at the same time after 50.

@David is that a joke ? really, idk

      • David

@Jes vans yeah that was a joke, don’t take it. Consuming steroids like that isn’t healthy.

@David ok, so, dbol is a real thing ? no, i’m going to even bother finding out what it is and taking it, just wondering. sides, if it cost money, i’m out = i’m broke.

Marc saying he has to little testosterone, next is Elon Musk saying he has to little money. 😀

Being 48 years young, Tongkat Ali has done wonders for my testosterone levels

This must be he most ridiculous video I’ve ever seen, Toothpaste! What rubbish. You only found out recently why morning glory is a thing. What an insult to the intelligence of those of us who think Live Anabolic is a worthwhile source of information. I am really disappointed that you have reverted to advertisement.

      Very informative. Thank you.

Thanks! super helpful. I will add that on the intermittant fasting, I find skipping dinner to be easier. I get grumpy if I don’t get breakfast and lunch.

      Great tips Mark,
I’ve been following those suggestions for about nine months and have noticed weight loss and better lab results, increase of muscle, better workouts and in general just feeding and looking better.
Keep the videos coming, appreciate them all.
      Thanks,
      Len

You’re holding it together good for 60 sir. Thank you for covering this topic. I’m in my mid 50’s, just trying to maintain sufficient testosterone levels can be a bit challenging. These tips certainly help!
