@agent p Yep. I understand that the first place where fat is stored is around the internal organs. And yes, that is where you loose fat first. Luckely, because it’s reallly bad for you. So, therefore it takes time before fat loss shows on the outside.

Dear Doctor, you state this plan works for men in their 40’s, 50’s & 60’s. I’m 71. Will it work for me or is it too late?
I’m not doctor but my uncle started his journey at 68 he was careful was not over training too hard due to his age He was only training and doing activity and watched what he ate and he lost a lot of belly

I’m 54yrs old, I love chocolate and steak etc, I also have a bad back, so this will cover 90% of us, I do the following, 5 sets of 10 press ups, holding the down part for an extra count each time, rest for 2mins then 10 again, it works for me because sit-ups will hurt your lower back, I lost 14 pounds, it’s staying off, and eat what I like within reason

How to lose lower belly fat fast is one of the most often asked questions I get as a fitness instructor. Most people can simply remove the top of their belly fat, but the bottom of their belly will be much more challenging. To be honest, it’ll be easier to decrease the top of your stomach fat, but the key to losing the bottom is to reduce your entire belly fat. Unfortunately, spot reduction can only go so far and losing body fat is the only realistic option.
If you don’t already do any High Intensity Interval Training, you should start doing it right away. The bulk of those exercising conduct slow endurance training to keep their heart rate in the fat burning zone. It’s true that keeping your heart rate between 60% and 80% will help you burn more fat, but you won’t burn nearly as many calories as practicing HIIT. This sort of exercise also causes metabolic disruption in the body, causing your metabolism to keep burning fat for up to 38 hours after you finish working out, whereas traditional endurance oriented workouts stop burning fat immediately after you finish.

Doctor- I am doing work from home. Eating and working. As a result, my belly fat has grown bigger. Also I can’t feel my right rib end like before. Now, while breathing and yawning, I’m having pain on right side of chest at rib end. Does sudden belly fat causes this??
Also I can see some red lines on both sides of my hip which was never there before

The red lines are probably stretch marks caused by the increase of belly fat. I’ve recently gotten quite a bit of a belly going on and I have also noticed some red lines that weren’t there before.

Ignore everything here. You reduce stomach fat by dieting and exercising. Reduce your carb and protein intake, eat more fats. Salads with dressing for example. No more bread, no more pasta and no more plates of 20 chicken wings. Eat vegetables, small amount of protein and other healthy foods high in fat, nuts, salmon, etc.
Do this while working on building endurance and muscle mass. Keep at it for 6 months. You’re done.
