My ED came about gradually, manifesting itself when I was reaching my early 60’s.
I’m currently 71, a pharmaceutical formulation chemist.
Been married to my starter wife since 1977.
I’m LDS, I weight lift and have had a daily strenuous workout regimen for the last 40 years.
I dont consumed alcohol, drugs, illegal or prescription, except Tamsulosin for urinary and prostate issues,common to my age.
I have found what works best for me is to take 1 Sildenafil and 1 Tadalafil when the mood strikes with my wife.
Tadalafil combined with Sildenafil works better for me at least and I skip the Tamsulosin for that day.
I’m not overweight, pretty much toned, and found when we were young in the late 1970’s ,1980’s and 1990’s we were many times acting like little rabbit’s once a day.
It helped that she would leave for aerobics and kick boxing in really skin tight workout wear!
We had 4 boys.
