      Great just watched and I am rite on track with your excersize just after the first time doing Bulgarian squads it took 4 days recovery.

      Next step is to do reverse lunge to front lunge in one motion. Great for balance. One leg standing superman hard but very good. one leg hops work also, start gently so as to not rupture achilles tendon.
