As a man , you don’t want to spend hours in the gym to build more muscle. You just want to go to the gym, get your sets in, and make sure you are working enough to build muscle. With less time in the gym, you want to make sure that you are making the most of your time working out. Have a plan when you get to the gym, so you are wandering around looking for the next available machine.

There is no need for long workouts anymore! You can get just as much results in 40 minutes in the gym, as you did in your 20’s at the gym for 2 hours. If anything it is better to do the shorter workout, and you will still get great results.

Less can be better as you get older!

      I put a dip station pull-up bar in my bedroom I love it

      Yes I’m 56 and do 20 bodyweight dips 2 sets and same for pull-ups

      I’m doing all these exercises at home but don’t have the parallel bars so, are bench dips as good an alternative to the parallel bars?
