Hey doc I’m a new subscriber I have to say I love your vids so much info nobody else compares to you thank you so much for doing what you do!!! qwik question I recently found out I have low testosterone and it has been that way for quite some time how much does that effect your weight and muscle gain?..I started my first injection today would you recommend the injection or would you go a different route? any info would be greatly appreciated. or if anyone else has had injection I would love some feed back or any other suggestions. .thank you

Hey T! Glad you’re with us as a subscriber. Low T will definitely make losing fat AND building muscle harder. If your doc prescribes it, T injections can be a *game changer* for you. I like injections (over creams) because you have a lot of precision on how much you are injecting and what your levels are at (with fewer fluctuations in T-levels… which is very important to avoid side effects). The drawback of injections is that you need to do them CONSISTENTLY… you can’t really stop or miss doses. It can make it harder to travel if you need to inject weekly. That said, correcting your T-levels can be a huge benefit to your physique and health.

Hi Can I ask in relation to weight training would body weight training, or Callisthenics and yoga give the same results? And, in relation to Zinc and Magnesium, should this be taken at night? I’m so glad I’ve found your site, very inspiring and informative. I’ve been trying the intermittent fasting with great success, lost around 10lbs in little over two months and discovered muscle I didn’t know existed, allied to this hair has started growing again on my eyebrows and legs. Which is really great for one with a diagnosis of scarring alopecia. Many thanks.

        Hi William!
If you are looking to gain muscle, body weight training and calisthenics will not be as effective, as weight training.
We wrote an article about the best supplements for men (including magnesium & zinc). Check it out here:

I started taking the magnesium before bed. It seems to help me get to sleep quicker.

This is great information! I had no idea doing these things could boost testosterone naturally. I’ve heard a lot of good things about intermittent fasting and this is just one more to add, I’m definitely going to give it a shot. Other than that I’m doing most of the other things you recommend, and the doctor says my testosterone levels are great so it must be working. Thanks for sharing!

explain me this keto doc. why do vegans have higher testosterone levels on average. did you not know we produce all of the cholesterol that we need. ever heard of the link of endogenous cholesterol with heart disease. think about this again, why is it that the people that eat no animal products have higher test. maybe you need to rethink a few thing here, mmm?

      • Traceelliot 13

@Cypriano Vegans and meat eaters die at the same rate. Researched proof. Plus everyone needs meat whether they think they do or not.

Great video! I do all these except the DHEA. My test is around 700 and I’m in my 40s. Friends who have done the TRT largely regret it. I wouldn’t do it unless my test was almost shut down and i had no other choice. Theirs still hasn’t returned to normal after TRT.

      • Fit Father Project - Fitness For Busy Fathers

        👍🙌

      • Rodrigo Oliveira

TRT is not meant to be paused or stopped, you have to do it forever

      • Lance Gomez

Do you know what it was before you made these changes?

    • Gregory Combs

I just subscribed because you have some great advice! It’s great to see guys staying healthy now into their 60s. I am just turning 52 so I hope to keep getting better with age!

Hey man. Love your stuff. I’ve got Muscular Dystrophy so none of these are working for me. I don’t have insurance that will cover TRT, but that’s the last option.
However, I work overnights. What would you recommend for the fasting times?

      • Fit Father Project - Fitness For Busy Fathers

We have a bunch of guys on our program who work graveyard. The key is to establish an ideal MEAL TIMING schedule that will help your body maintain a healthier circadian rhythm. We prepared this private video for our program members. I want to share it with you as i believe you will find it valuable: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8i0wQgBmKVg&feature=youtu.be

Good tips, recent research will caution against multivitamins and intermittent fasting meaning it may not benefit a majority of the population. However, the most important and proven ones are the first 3 tips which will definitely boost testosterone to normal levels. Great video!

      • Fit Father Project - Fitness For Busy Fathers

        Awesome my friend 😊

    • Qarl Kitty Organ Music

I really like this channel. It just has everything I needed to know. Thank you very much for this information. I think I’m gonna stick with this natural method instead of TRT
