      Can you do something on Insulin Resistance I am not interested in weight loss but in reducing inflammatory processes which lead to chronic diseases and ageing. Also how this can lead to clogging of the arteries ED etc etc Maybe oxalates omega 3’s or the top 5 inflammatory foods and the top 5 polluted foods.       I ran across this video & I’m so happy I did. My son is only 26 yrs old as if of yesterday had an painful episode only to be rushed to the emergency room after some test discovered this 6’2 , 174lbs. Pretty healthy young man has always been athletic has an enlarged (Prostate) shocker! Age has nothing to do with illnesses of any kind !
