      Thanks Gary 51 years old and I eat healthy my problem is getting 160 170 grams of protein everyday . I have a protein shake 5 days a week you can’t have boiled eggs cottage cheese everyday

      Great video! I’m 65 and do the 16/8 just about every day…..I feel much better utilizing this than the 3 squares a day. In regard to the protein, I too have a hard time making the required grams per day for my body weight. Which supplemental protein is best, whey or pea? Thank you!
