sorry for the dirrect message ut just a question.i worked nights for years then an unruly schedule I left that job but now I have issues sleeping more than 2 or 3 h a night… an idea how to sleep better? i feel weird ,headache low libido and so on since I’m here but..ya,hope you can make a video to help with sleep issues (if you have any tips)
Glad to see that you’re trying to get your sleep under control. I did a video on why it’s important to make your sleep a top priority and drop tips in many of my videos. Some tips are to reduce caffeine intake, especially in afternoon/evening, limit or eliminate alcohol, dark and cool bedroom, avoiding screens (computer, phone, tv) before bed. Have a consistent sleep/wake schedule. Have a relaxing bedtime routine (journal, stretch, read, chill). Melatonin can help reset your sleep time.

I am 40. I used Maca but disappointing. I didn’t feel anything. Even Fadogia didn’t do well for me. What would be the reason? But d aspartic acid and boron works well for me. Pls clarify

Meditation 15 minutes twice a day over time. Sleep for sure. But also tge funny thing about having once in awhile insomnia. The light stress and anxiety boost my testosterone on some occations. This is not the norm. But once in a blue moon it all works out.

Maca is talked about quite a bit. And tribulus is talked a lot in regards to boosting testosterone, even though there is limited research on it. Glad you found the topic and supplements interesting. Let me know if you decide to try any

Just wondering. Do you pay custom charges since the maca comes from the US?
I wasn’t charged duty this time. That’s not to say that I won’t get charged the next time. Seems to be hit and miss with some of my orders from the US

Gelatinized is recommended if you have a sensitive stomach as it can cause some bloating or gas. I’ve tried both from The Maca Team and didn’t notice a difference in digestion. Gelatinized does destroy some of the enzymes and nutrients and the raw has a higher concentration of macaenes and macamides, which are nutrients helpful in hormone balancing. So, if you don’t have a sensitive stomach, raw seems to be the way to go.
As for the other supplement brands, I’m currently using VitaJing for the cistanche and really like it. I’ve also used the brand Longevity Herbs and Superfoods and it was good as well.
For the horny goat weed I’ve used the brand Nutritionn.
For the tribulus I’ve used TribX90 from AllMax.
I would just start with Maca and cistanche first. Then introduce horny goat weed and tribulus if needed.

Yes, I only learned about cistanche a few months ago and glad I did. I think we’ll be seeing more research on it in the near future.

Personal preference really. Capsules have the measured dose and are convenient. I like the powder to mix in my shake and oats
I’ve been doing 6g in my shake and 6g in my oats. Each are considered 1 serving
Yes, maca root is in my test booster, tribulus, and some others which is so potent I only take 2 pills of the 6 dosage when I do. Species Nutrition its called Testolyze
I looked into it. The dose of maca in that supplement is quite low as is the zinc. The dose of tribulus is pretty good though.

Great video/ information. I recently started using both black maca & cistanche & they 100% boost lubido & blood flow. I am taking a teaspoon of black maca, cistanche with citruline malate twice a day & sexual desire really goes up. I have experienced some brain fog however since introducing this stack so I am still working with the dose.
Have you tried tongkat? I have heard this is another herb that Greatly boosts lubido & testosterone

@Lose Fat Get Jacked I would say that I think cistanche is more sedating so better before sleep/evening. Apparently tonkat is more energising so probably better in a preworkout stack.
Another supplement I have stumbled on which is amazing for lubido is ALCAR. This is even stronger than all the supplements you have mentioned

I appreciate the question Mike. I’m open, raw, and real on my channel. I share what works for me and what doesn’t and just because it has worked or hasn’t doesn’t mean others will have the same experience. I’ve discussed libido issues I had during a couple stressful times in my life. And even when libido is good, it’s nice to give it a boost as it’s a good sign of vitality. I am affiliated with the Maca Team and have been using their products for nearly two years now. I tried a bunch of other brands and the Maca Team stood out from the rest. That’s a great question, but unfortunately very difficult to answer. Everyone is going to respond different. Some may respond immediately and some may not respond at all.

What was the second supplement called?
Cistanche. I used it for a few months and it had a positive impact on my libido. Haven’t used it in a little while as I’ve been experimenting with some other supplements. Tongkat Ali is another one that has had a positive impact.
Hey bud. Just found your channel. I’m 42 and just started TRT about a month ago. I’m hoping it increases my libido. So far I don’t think it is doing too much. I’m always looking for supplements or other products that improve libido. I’m glad you mentioned that low libido is a very common problem. Thanks for the information. My brother, I appreciate you sharing your experiences with TRT big time!!! A lot of guys go on it assuming it’s going to fix their problems and it may not actually be the solution. Please keep me posted as to whether or not it eventually kicks in with your libido. As for the supplementation, it’s very individual. We all respond different to them, whether it’s maca, fenugreek, horny goat weed, oyster extract, tongkat ali,cistanche, etc. Low libido is becoming more and more common and will only get more common with the way things are trending. Most important will always be lifestyle… getting an adequate amount of sleep every night and managing your stress along with a healthy diet and exercise. Supplements can be helpful. And I think an even bigger problem is the mental aspect and anxiety, especially after you’ve experienced the first episode. Performance anxiety can end up being the biggest culprit. There’s some great hypnosis audio programs out there that can be helpful. And I’ve shared a video on kegel exercises for men that can help improve the strength of your erections. All in all brother, you are NOT alone and I appreciate you sharing your experiences.
Another recommendation that I’ve found helpful is 1-2 hours before bed taking 500mg of ashawagandha drops under the tongue (let is sit there for 30 seconds before swallowing. It tastes awful by the way) and combine that with 300mg of magnesium. That’s worth experimenting with in my opinion.
Did you mention a dosage protocol for the maca root?
There’s not a lot of research on an exact dose to use and some of it will depend on the source. You could start with 3g to see how you feel and bump it up to 6g to see if you notice a difference. Some athletes will take more than that.
