      At the time Im writing this , Ive been doing this routine for the past 7 weeks . This is a hell of a workout. I feel stronger and my cardio condition is improving.I do this 4 to 5 times a week .Some days ill add or supplement other abb exercises. I can do 3 cycles off 10 reps now ..i struggle at 4. My gut is stubborn and have more to go but Ive been told i look slimmer..and again , I feel better.

      This works. Depending on your diet and sets you do, It can take you 1 or three months to loose the handles. But you have to be strikt and consistant. If you are disiplined it will work well.
