Meet Brian, a 49-year-old husband, father, and grandfather, who has made some powerful and inspiring life changes.
Earlier this year, like so many of us do year after year, Brian decided on New Year’s Day that he wanted to focus on his fitness.
He had worked for many years to control his drinking and other vices, but family, life, and work continued to put his nutrition and fitness on the back burner.
Once Brian decided to start focusing on fitness, he joined our Old School Muscle (OSM) program and honed in his eating with our nutrition plans.
He then packed on the muscle mass, got six-pack abs, and he’s looking and feeling fantastic!
