I remember when creatine first came out it was so expensive Scott I’ve got to admit I’ve gotta take 10g a day it might be cause I’m around 200lbs plus I always take Redcons Boomstick which has all the usual test boosting supplements MINT

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Yes body weight would definitely impact the effective dose, but some people are non responders and do require higher doses. Thanks for sharing my man 💪💪💪

The trick with creatine is to use it only when making new advances in your weight and power training for MAXIMUM TWO OR THREE WEEKS then avoid it entirely for at least half a year.
After that you can do another couple of weeks and then stop for at least half a year.
Repeat cycle. This is how creatine is used SAFELY.
The reason for this is that using creatine for any longer than two or three weeks tricks your body into shutting down its own natural production of creatine.
This then causes many people to be addicted to creatine supplements without which can cause depression in natural energy, power and muscle building and maintaining abilities.
Be careful with this very potent protein called creatine it is a blessing if used rightly but misuse can certainly backfire.
        GOD BLESS.

@Pellaxes Torba funny you say that I take creatine very sparingly and am making great progress.

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

This is the first I’ve heard of this. I’ve been hearing more and more that there is no reason to ever stop using it, because of the heart and brain health benefits. Can you share any links to research on this… I’m very curious? Thanks for sharing.

Hi Scott, 37yr/m here. I’ve been enjoying a couple of natural male supplements for a while that boost libido and free test (not pro hormones or real anabolics). My question is, in your opinion do I need to cycle off these or can I just continue running them indefinitely without any serious side effects? I feel great so far, I’ve been on for about 4 months, I just want to make sure I’m not damaging my natural hormone levels. Super thanks!

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

what natural male supplements are you referring to?

      • Zion7

@Lose Fat Get Jacked Thanks for the quick reply (I don’t know why my app just NOW notified me, you replied a week ago). I am taking:

T-Sterone (by True Nutrition) 4 caps per day
A-Bolic (by True Nutrition) 4 caps per day
Tribulus (various brands) about 200mg per day
Horny Goat Weed (by Planetary Herbals) 1 cap per day
Tongkat Ali (by Source Naturals) 1 cap per day
Steel-Libido RED (by Irwin Naturals) 2 caps every 48hrs
Lasty I take Saw Palmetto 1500mg to block the DHT to cut down on the hair loss because I am prone to hairline receding.

So far everything feels good, I’ve been on for just under half a year now, but I’m starting to consider the long term effects. I’ve read material by different people, some say its ok so long as it’s not pro-hormones or real steroids, others say you have to cycle just like a real steroid. What is your opinion? Thanks

Thank you for the informational video sir. I live in the UK (England) can you recommend an online store that is not a ripoff or scam site for purchasing supplements. I have been battling stress on and off for the past 14 years. According to the BMI index, I should lose at least 7 stone, I am terrified of loose skin, I already suffer from anxiety and low self-esteem, I could not handle loose skin on top of that and I do not want the surgery. What would you recommend as a means of losing weight healthily without attaining loose skin? Thank you for your time.

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and struggles with me. I appreciate it big time. I am unaware of supplements stores in the UK so unfortunately I can’t help you there. I’d recommend losing the weight slowly, but even still loose skin can be a possibility. There are a lot of genetic factors involved as well as age. Building some muscle after you lose the weight can help tighten up your skin. But more important than this is working on your body image, stress, and anxiety which takes time and a lot of work. But that work on self growth and self appreciation is worth every bit of work you put into it.

.. for me a side effect that i hate in d-3 is diarhea, is tjat a normal side effect ?

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

I haven’t head that about D3. I have head that about magnesium

    • Jesse Sarmiento

Im 48 and take every single one of these supplements and they do work. I had to cut back on the creatine though, because I was having major gas issues.

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

That’s fantastic brother! Thanks for sharing. Have you found any of the supplements better than the others? Maca has become my favourite. And yes, creatine can cause some gastric distress in some people, especially if it’s not completely dissolved. Some brands effect people differently as well.

      • Jesse Sarmiento

@Lose Fat Get Jacked I started taking the maca a few months ago and combined with the creatine ive noticed an increase in my strength as far as weightlifting goes. My stamina is a lot better as well. I would have to say those two are my favorites

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Excellent! I appreciate hearing about your experience with the supplements. Thanks for sharing.

      • eduar ed

@Jesse Sarmiento bro same here i stop creatine i was getting some crazg gas i was scared and thought i was sick because i was taking a few things and didnt know exacly what it was but then figure it was the creatine…glad i left it alone

    • uelude

When advice suggests to “take with fats” it means more than 7 grams. Like have a fat based snack, ideally 20 mins before taking the omega 3 and D. This will optimise the process and improve absorption by hundreds of percent due to the biology of how omega 3 fat is processed.

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Thank you for sharing this. I appreciate it

    • Scorpioman1964

Thx Scott, I certainly recognised your boner issues (waking up at night), i have them also without high dosed vitamine D3 😀
I stopped taking Omega3 supplements and I eat 3 times a week a little bit of cod liver (from a small can from the supermarket), its so much cheaper (it will cost you € 2 or 2.20 American dollar. The best testosteronbooster there is

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll have to try cod liver and see how I enjoy it.

      • Scorpioman1964

@Lose Fat Get Jacked it’s like fish. The amount of omega 3 you get during the week then is much higher than with supplements.

The biggest boost to testosterone and overall health I had in my 40’s was with a Cyclical KETOGENIC Diet. Unfortunately for me it was too expensive to maintain long term. Nutrition and diet are paramount to health and fitness. You can take lots of supplements, exercise often, but won’t see the results you want without proper nutrition and diet.

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Likely even more important is sleep and stress management. Without a doubt supplements are just the icing on the cake and all other aspects of your lifestyle should be the number one priority

      • Simply Engineering

also fasting. Fasting increases T levels dramatically.

    • Max Lambrecht

Great vid! I you take vitamin D3 it’s also recommended to take vitamin K2. Regarding magnesium, there are better forms than citrate, like Taurate and L-Threonate. For Omega-3s, I take a supplement DHA/EPA from algae.

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Thanks for the feedback and insights brother. I appreciate it. The more research I’m doing, the more I’m finding that it’s best to consume a combination of various forms of magnesium to maximize the benefits. What’s the Omega 3 algae supplement you take?

      • Chris

Glycinate is a good form of magnesium.

    • Les Haverty

Thanks for this and over 46 years old here but i fell like I’m 29.

I just added cistanch, Fedogia, tongkat Ali and Zink to my daily and it has already moved the needle with my libido!

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Thanks for sharing brother! I’d like to see more studies, especially human studies on Fadogia. I’ve been enjoying tongkat ali for the past couple months and cistanche is fantastic.

      • Simply Engineering

fadogia agrestis and tongkat ali are an incredible combination.

    • Eric McBride

Great vid! Multiple studies show that toxicity of D3 occurs for the majority of people at 35,000 to 40,000IUs per day. I have darker skin and take 20,000IU’s per day (worked my way from 5000), as in Germany sun is scarce. But definitely good recommendation to start at 5000.

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Thanks a million for contributing to the discussion my brother. I appreciate it big time and from what I’ve read you are totally on point.

      • Eric McBride

@Lose Fat Get Jacked Much appreciated brother! Subbed, and greets from Germany 🙏🏽

    • Chad Oliver

Just subscribed to your channel. Thank you for making this video about these supplements. Ive started taking a few already which include d3, vitamin c and omega 3. I’m going to add zinc and magnesium next along with fenugreek.

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Fenugreek is on my list to try. Let me know if you notice a difference with it. I appreciate the support, positive feedback, and hearing about your experiences. Thank you

    • thoth81

I’m tentatively subscribing and going through your videos because you seem more authentic than all the guys on gear who conveniently omit those “other” supplements when describing what they take. Your insistence on labs to monitor blood levels is usually a sign that someone is legit but like I said I hope you’re one of the honest guys in this space. I actually have nothing against PEDs and as someone who studied biochemistry I’d like to see them researched and possibly regulated for safe administration by doctors but I cannot tolerate the guys who focus solely on aesthetics or max reps and neglect to mention their cycles while claiming some special herbs, powders, or pills are what make them look younger (Hollywood and Instagram is full of these guys).

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

I’m with ya 100% on all accounts brother. I would love to see more transparency in regards to PED’s and TRT. I’m a 100% lifetime natural. If I ever require TRT I’ll be very open about it. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and insights. I appreciate it big time.

    • Ken Rivers

Nice simple video sir. Very informative and to the point. Thats what we like. Thanks

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Thanks a million for the positive feedback my brother. I appreciate it big time

    • Onyx K.

I’m 23 peak health but I just wanna start taking self care extremely seriously, thanks my guy

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

It’s so great to hear that you are making this a priority at your age. It will pay off big time over the long term. I hope you’re encouraging your fellow bro’s to do the same. I wish I took self care more seriously in my 20’s. Thanks for sharing. I appreciate it.

    • Sir Vaant The Silensa

Went out today and got vita D3, Maca, Creatine and Omega 3, I’m 42 and have noticed I haven’t been myself lately hormonal wise, I’ll try and drop a testimonial a week from now to see how i felt the first week.

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

Have you had your blood work done lately? I’m looking forward to hearing how you feel after including these supplements in your diet over time.

      • Sir Vaant The Silensa

@Lose Fat Get Jacked back in May of 2021 my Vitamin D,25-OH read 28
and my testosterone levels were 262 I was 41 then. Not sure if these levels are low.

      • Lose Fat Get Jacked

@Sir Vaant The Silensa 262 ng/dl is low in my opinion and could be the reason why you aren’t quite feeling yourself. Definitely something to discus with your doctor. Lifestyle should always be the first priority. Consistently getting at the very least 7 hours sleep each night and preferably 8-9 in my opinion. Quality nutrition, manage stress, and moving your body regularly. And making sure your weight/body fat levels are in the optimal range.

      • Sir Vaant The Silensa

@Lose Fat Get Jacked I totally agree and those levels were from a year ago. I switched up my training routine to just twice per week upper lower body H.I.T style I’ve noticed an increase in energy right off the bat I do work a full-time job as a pipefitter Foreman so I can’t over do it in the training otherwise I pay at work.
