4 Minute Perfect Abs Workout For Men Over 40
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other.

1. Lying Hip Thrusts 1:14
2. ButterFly Crunches 2:13
3. Plank HIp Dips 3:13
4. Abs In and Outs 4:13

NOTE: This abs workout is great for anyone over the age of 15 years old male or female so GET IT DONE!

      54 and tired of being tired and fat. Doing free weights for a few weeks and, while feeling much better I still felt like my mid section needed help. What a great instructional vid. Loved it.       Just finished my first attempt. In recovery from a debilitating back injury that had me disabled for almost 5 months. It worked very well & I was able to get thru it. Definitely feeling it. Good lookn out on the over 40 workout. I am barely over 40 but the struggle is real.

      Great ab/core routine. I’ve made some adjustments. I start w/push-ups, follow by side twist planks, hip thrusts, crunches, ab in/outs. Will soon add leg butterflies, over/under planks, and body hook punch crunches seen in Funks other vids.
