      Thanks good info Doc 53 yrs old had an interest in weight training my whole life not consistently unfortunately. I think I always would lose my motivation because I had love handles and a belly because I thought that diet was so complicated and now I know it’s not that complicated thanks too you and some other well informed youtubers. I can say I’m well on my way love handles gone stomach is pretty flat no abs yet but I can feel them. I don’t even care if I have a six pack just a nice tight midsection is good enough. But diet isn’t such a mystery when I was a kid the bodybuilding magazines stressed a high carb diet man were they wrong

      Recently, I’ve lost 37 pounds using many of the strategies listed in the Fit Father Video. However, I’m experiencing some difficulty with “sagging skin” as a result. I believe I’ve lost “visceral fat” but retain the “subcutaneous fat.” At 67 I have modified some of the exercises due to some health issues but overall the recommendations have been most helpful. I’m sleeping for either 7 hours or longer, drinking not the 100 ounces recommended but at least 64 ounces, exercising daily, and follow the 50% – 25% – 25% plate for meals. I haven’t felt this healthy in years!

        Keep it up Lawrence youron the right track. Everybody is different and I at 54 have trouble drinking that much water. I know I should but never have been a water drinker at all. Lately I have been mixing water and Lemon to change the taste and help detox. Still need to lose around 20 pounds. Going good though.

      Thank you for these helpful tips. As a 51 yo I have become more conscience about my health. I have so far changed my diet from eliminating soda to reducing the amount of processed foods. I drink more water and consume less sugar. I suffered gerd for the longest time and just a little over a week with none of the soda in my diet among processed foods, I have not suffered any “major” heartburn as i used to. I have been taking a Nexuim equivalent but I’ve been weening that out of my system for quit some time. About once per week now compared to 2-3 x per wk. To date my last dose was 10 days ago. I try to walk everyday but its challenging sometimes. I’m a truck driver so I try to incorporate these exercises when possible. I am 5’11” @200lbs and I am determined to lose this belly fat and reduce my weight by 20lbs at least. Videos like this give me encouragement along with my determination. Thanks again.

I lost my way over the past 3 years due to personal issues and gained an unthinkable amount of weight, most of it has lodged itself around the midsection. I think so much of what is effective for men can also be effective for women. I just liked the video title ‘Lose Belly Fat Forever!       This video is 2 yrs old and it’s useful everytime I view it. I have lost 19 pounds and have plateaued even after cutting all processed foods and all carbs. I was only weight lifting with little to NO cardio, so I decided to do HIIT using a treadmill and started having terrible sciatica pain. So, now I am going to do for circuit weight training with little to NO rest. I will keep you posted. Great video.
