I take 5000 IU Vitamin D3 combined with 800 mcg Vitamin K , Dr Berg recommend intake is up to 10000 IU depends where you live.

@Jose Abengona Buy it in some big malls in Metro Manila like Healthy Options store, GNC and others and if you want free just go outside for morning sunshine for at least 30 minutes only no shirt only short pant and it is10,000 to 20,00 IU. GOD BLESS.

Hi Richard! Too much vitamin D can cause harmful high calcium levels. Tell your doctor right away if any of these signs of high vitamin D/calcium levels occur: nausea/vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, increased thirst, increased urination, mental/mood changes, unusual tiredness.

I do take 1,000IU daily & get another 1,000IU daily from my Men’s
Daily Multi Vit. As an 82 y/o skin cancer survivor, I must limit
exposure to the sun. Good video though, with helpful food

It is a commercial advertisement for a certain brand of D3 product! 5000 IU is too much for most people, 1000 IU or 25 mcg is good enough for most people.

If you want to make Dopamine (against depression) you want B vitamins and Iron, and Folate. Vitamin D will help with anti-inflammation in brain however.
