      Great video! I’ll be attempting this routine soon enough since I am officially at 19% body fat, mostly on my mid-section as measured with both skinfolds and underwater weight technique. I’m sure this useless fat is slowing me down big time on the climbs for both running and cycling! I’d like to get down to 10-12% body fat but maintain my weight.

      I’m 115 kg now.
      I had only visible abs 5 years ago.
      I left workout and I’m fat now but the fat is pretty soft and loose as compared to other fat people,it feels like water in there.
      I workout like 4 times a month ’cause I’m busy,that to cannot be called a workout as it is very easy.Sometimes I do a hard workout and after 2 hours I find visible loss of fat but the skin starts to hang.Suggest me some fast way to burn fat without leaving the skin to hang.

      So I’ve actually got 4 abs now, I may not be capable of doing something intense. But thank you for this idea.
      Imagining you are running from an zombie to doing a monkey bar (on ground). Then a bear crawl to rock climbing run routine. This routine looks awesome to me. But doing burpees (w/o push ups) and run in place does push me to exhaustion. Doing 3-6 sets does tire me out.
