      Thank you! I’ve gone from 240 to 210 in eight weeks and I am getting a lot from your videos. I am also realizing the truth in what you say here. I used to say that I would jog if I was lean, but since I wasn’t lean I couldn’t jog….my ideal life is what I have now. I told myself that I would reward myself with a huge bowl of Mac & cheese when I get to 215…whe. I reached 215 my wife prepared Mac and Cheese but I didn’t want it. It wasn’t discipline or will power, I didn’t want it. I only eat what I want to. I’ve never felt that I had control over that. I was always the family food disposal and now I am in control. Feels amazing!
