Brilliant i have done the keto diet with intermittent fasting lost all my belly fat and blood pressure is back to normal and the big plus is that now i can keep it up and go two or three times a day. My wife is now very happy.
One thing to keep in mind is from a Chinese medicine perspective, every time you ejaculate you lose a bit of life essence. Essentially, what makes life takes life. If you’re over 50, you should ejaculate at most once every 2 weeks and by the time you’re 60+ you should at maximum once a month.

I like the way you discuss this issue here and in similar videos you’ve done on this subject. The only issue I have is that you lump together all smoking, without differentiating between cigarettes, pipes and cigars. The last two are smoked entirely differently from cigarettes regarding inhalation. Nicotine, yes, but they are not inhaled the way cigarettes are inhaled. Other than that, I greatly appreciate your work and videos. Keep it up! (no pun intended.)
