Ultimate 20 Minute At Home Workout
1 round | 20 exercises | 40 seconds work | 20 seconds rest

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest one after the other for one round. Complete all 20 exercises = 20 minutes

      Hi Funk it’s Chris from the United Kingdom here. I’ve been following you and your over 40’s work outs for over 6 months now. Trying to get fitter and stay fit for my young boys aged 9 and 4. You are an inspiration and I try to do your workouts at least 4 times a week. I’ve just done this work out and it wasn’t pretty and the t shirt came off! Ha what a sight!       I LOVE this workout! I’ve done it twice now. I’m 43 years old and recently started exercising again. I was a lifeguard and fitness fanatic in my late teens and early 20’s.
