      Great killer workout Funk. I’m 58 and I dont think im gonna be able to do the 60/15 right off the get. Gonna start it at a 40/20 for a few weeks….. Something to work towards right??

      Thank you for this. I can’t make it through the whole workout yet but going to try everyday or every other day. Executing the moves as powerfully and gracefully as you will take time; the explosive jump!
      I like minimum effort for maximum results and I workout at home not the gym so this is good for me.

      I hate burpees a lot! That’s what makes this workout so awesome. Like David Goggins says, “Do something every day that sucks” well this was it. Lol Great workout. I may hit this weekly at a 60/20 split. Thanks for the video

      This workout was killer! After the first 2, I was done but I pushed through and made it I was not as fast but I did it! Well back to work, got get my stamina up to last in a boxing ring

      Absolutely killer, if you can actually handle this work out you’re a monster beast athlete. I was able to handle less than 60% of it, will keep doing it.

      I did this today. 45:15. The hardest part of it was getting my brain and body to work together in unison. A couple more times and should be more fluid. 8.5 minutes and I was dripping with sweat

      I did 30/15 sec version of this and would classify it as traumatic. So I shared it with my 22yo MMA son and he said it was the only workout he’s ever done that creates the vision-impairing intensity of actually being in the ring – thanks Funk!

      Wow, great burpee workout. Did 45 seconds on with 15 rest. Very difficult. Will keep trying this one.

      This will be my 5th circuit/workout that I’ve taken from his videos, and out of all the strength n conditioning videos ive seen, this guy is by far the best one. His training has helped me keep trim down aswell as staying fit as I play Semi-Pro Rugby League 🤙🏽

      I’m not advanced enough to do it as intensely as you did this but i did 5 of each with a minute rest in between. I’m a sweaty mess. Great cardio workout; I’ll keep at it.

      I did it! I actually added an extra three rounds because it was very fun, tiring 😓 but explosive 🧨! Loved it!

      Done it for second time today after one year,still it is as tough as before but glad I have completed with many reps as possible.
