After going 30 days without taking any supplements, I've slowly reintroduced my supplement stack to see how my body would respond. Trying to find out which supplements make the biggest impact on boosting my energy, increasing my strength, and improving my joint health.

Hey, whats up ? Are these companies that you purchase your supplements from 3rd party tested ?
They are tested in house using advanced testing methods. You can visit their website to tour their lab and they show the results on each supplement page. I would love to see 3rd party testing, but that doesn’t guarantee you are getting what you are paying for. All those companies selling turkesterone were 3rd party tested and compliant with the FDA. Yet when they were tested with the advanced methods from the supplement company I use, those supplements were shown to have little or no turkesterone in them. So you can’t always rely on 3rd party testing to help make informed decisions with your supplement purchases.
Dang my current/former stack is nearly identical! I just haven’t taken Tongat Ali in a while and may reincorporate it after seeing some research associating it with increased test levels. I also take boron and beta alanine off/on and a multivitamin all the time. I just haven’t tried or heard of cistanche and may give it a try.
Cistanche is gaining in popularity. We’ll be hearing more about it as more research continues to come out revealing it’s benefits https://youtu.be/PMvKHYtuTCU I’ll likely add boron in my supplementation in a few months
Good info thank , r u stacking tongkat Ali and maca together ?
I’m taking all of the supplements in this video. Their all stacked in my daily supplementation
How’s your experience maca and tongkat Ali
@Jesus I’m enjoy it

Squat 2 plates or more at that weight I tried getting bigger it’s kind of hard so I will try leaner and just as strong this time
How about fedogia agrestis have u abandoned taking FA.
Ya, I only took it for the 2 month experiment. The concerns over testicular toxicity (although in rats with high dosing over long term) was weighing on me. I started taking cistanche instead, which works very much in a similar way as fadogia agrestis in the sense that it helps tongkat ali work even better. Cistanche has human studies showing it’s safe and has other health benefits as well. https://youtu.be/PMvKHYtuTCU
What about DHEA? I took that with DIM, Zinc and Boron. Felt great. No anxiety. I cut the DHEA 50mg out for a week and the anxiety came back bad one day. I added back the DHEA and feel 90% better. 46 years old next month.
Thanks a million for sharing your experience. I appreciate it big time! I’ve tried DIM and boron, but never noticed a difference. Just started using zinc and have never tried DHEA. That’s something I’ll have to look more into.
Thank You Brother, Appreciate You and all the good stuff You share.
Thanks a million my brother. Happy Thanksgiving
Anything on NMN?
That’s a supplement I need to do more research on.
Great information and personal story.
Thanks for the positive feedback as always my brother. I appreciate you.
What about Maca?
Sorry I meant Maca vs tongat Ali ?
I love them both. Depends on your goals. I take maca right now because of it’s benefits for prostate health and a bit of a boost in libido. I take tongkat ali because it increases my strength, libido, and makes me feel great.
nice channel friend !
Thank you
Awesome Lifts man you making it looks Soooo easy.
Have you tried Carnitine?
I believe I have, but its been a while.
@Lose Fat Get Jacked Seems to give a really good boost in strength and energy. Sad thing is it gave me bad headaches so it wasn’t worth it.
Thanks for sharing your experience with it.
Great content 👍🏼 do you cycle tonkat ali?
Thanks for the positive feedback. Yes, I cycle tongkat ali 5 days on 2 days off.
@Lose Fat Get Jacked ok cool thanks

Is there any way you can please help me because I developed diabetes and I need supplements to help me control my blood sugar. Previously you have recommended awesome supplements for my testosterone and I really appreciate it any advice for blood sugar levels ? Thx in advance
I can look into that. Is your body fat in a healthy range? How active are you? How’s your sleep?
@Lose Fat Get Jacked My body fat is in a terrible state currently I’m considered obese I have a BMI of around 34 and I have trouble sleeping but I sleep around 6 hours per night and my daily activities consist of around 30 mins of cardio and that’s about it. But I am losing weight by practicing intermittent fasting. 👍
