      Good video coach!!! I’ve been taking tongkat along with Ajuga Turkest for about 3 months now. I always score on the “low normal ” with test but I really don’t experience any low T symptoms. I mean when it comes to libido and energy and mood, it’s fantastic. But like u I wanted to do more in the gym so that is my reason for these 2 supplements. First couple of weeks no change. But after that I found myself increasing weight volume and it almost seemed incredible! I didn’t go up from my 200lbs body but I feel and look a lot leaner. I’m wanting to cycle off but everything is going well so I hesitate. Anyways my blood work did not improve as far as #’s but I can’t explain the difference in strength. My Dr can’t explain it either. Maybe I need a new doc….lol. keep up the great work coach!!!!

        @Damien h it very well may be. We will never know for sure, because we aren’t testing ourselves in a lab setting and giving ourselves a placebo to compare between the two.

      Like you, my free test is borderline low, though my total test is fine. If you haven’t made one already, it would be great to see a video on Boron. It is supposed to raise free test by reducing SHBG (which is the hormone that binds test; my SHBG is borderline high). I have been taking 10 mgs, 2 weeks on one week off for about three months. I actually found I got a bit stronger at first (and note I am 57 and I have been lifting for the better part of 40 years, so I have basically plateaud). I did have a hand injury for the last 6 weeks causing me to use machines, so it’s hard to say if I have progressed since the first month on it.

        @Lose Fat Get Jacked with crashed levels i feel fucked, no other way to feel. TRT is calling as my levels wont get back naturally. Been lots of symptoms like headaches, no libido, muscle/joint pain, bad recovery, brain fog etc etc Also became somehow sensitive to light as well. Im an athlete for 17 years and i used aas before so i know well my levels wont recover as for the last 3 years i did everything to try and bring them up in a sustainable way fwiw

If you’ve been doing everything you can to dial in your sleep, nutrition, and manage stress and nothing is working, it definitely sounds like you are a candidate for TRT. I don’t really know much about it, but it does sound like it’s come a long way in recent years and a safe and effective approach to help men improve their overall well-being and health.         @Lose Fat Get JackedThanks mate. Im working half nights for many years so it interferes with my sleep regiment and theres nothing you can do. Such is life. Also with estrogens crashed below range I feeel ruff and on the edge all the time and its been for the last 3 years. Plus i work a very stressfull job that requires thinking and operating at your best daily and during nights especially so its draining as well. And considered my previous AAS use these levels will never recover with eating more vegetables or whatever like some funny folks recomended to me. Time waits for no man, so Ill be taking action, got test-e waiting whenever to start treatment. Just need proper green light and im good to go. The struggle is real.

      Tongkat Ali has worked for me during my cutting phases to help keep test levels steady when reducing bodyfat. I would recommend to increase dosage steady thru your cycle plus use it on a every 5day on and 2 day off during the week to help it better bind with body receptors -uptake process. After 10-12 weeks I stop for about 3-4 weeks and start again if I am still in a fat reducing phase. I typically do not take it when I am in a calorie surplus phase.

      Great video … If you are looking for the next supplement to take , please try Boron … I’m doing about 6 mg per day … 3 in morning and 3 in afternoon and can feel the difference immediately… Give it a try

        Thanks for the positive feedback and for the recommendation. I used 9-12mg of boron for 3 months earlier this year and didn’t notice a difference. It doesn’t mean that it didn’t work for me. Some positive benefits may have shown up in my blood work, but I didn’t feel a difference. Boron was also in a few of the testosterone boosters I took this year. Seems to be common in an effort to increase free testosterone by reducing SHBG, but we really know little about it or even if reducing SHBG is actually a good thing.

      I have been using them 2 test boosters on & off for about 5 months, & i honestly seen some major improvements with my workouts, & my body. Only problem now is that i don’t really go to the gym anymore due to injuring myself at the gym again. I went to the doctor about my tendinitis in my right arm, & he told me just to rest it, but it still hasn’t gone away, so i have been doing more leg workouts instead of upper body stuff. Now i have injured my left groin area, as i herd a pop noise when doing split squats, so now i am injured in that area. I started exercising when i was 12 years old & i am feeling sad now because i am losing all my gains, & it also helped me mentally. I don’t know if i will ever come good again, but i guess for now i will just have to keep seeing a doctor to hopefully get fixed up 🙏.         Do sauna + coldshower/baths to raise hGH levels naturally to heal quicker.

        If you can, go swimming! Its very gentle for your muscles and joints. And cardioworkout also raise hGH levels – wich heals you. Eat lot of carbs also!

Even though the leg injury is for life i have managed to work through it, & slowly increasing the weights nearly every week. My right arm has also been getting stronger as well, but unfortunately i ended up getting food poisoning & rushed to the hospital, so i am taking the week off gym to recover.       Be careful with the dosage & how long stay on it. I did a cycle of tongkat ali & agrestis after doing a cycle of tongkat ali & cistanche. I had blood work taken before & after the cycle. In my latest blood work I had lowered my estrogen down into red levels which is really bad. When you estrogen is too low you experience joint pain, brain fog, mood swings & pretty bad anxiety.

      If your test levels are bad after you have addressed your lifestyle, sleep, diet, weight training, taken zinc, vitamin D3…then you aren’t going to be able to raise them naturally & you should look into TRT with a good private clinic who knows good protocols

      I actually just started tongkat ali today. I’m also doing creatine , ZMA, and vitamin d. I’m hoping all of this plus eating quality foods and lifting weights 4 to 5 days a week will give me sone results after awhile. Definitely not expecting miracles lol.

      Trying the Sigma supplement. One of my concerns is libido, “volume” and mental clarity motivation. So that’s basically the goal but if it moves my actual numbers up that’s great too.

        @Lose Fat Get Jacked I was just thinking. In the Sigma supplement there is Boron, either 3 mg or 6mg, depending on the dosage. I took this stuff on its own in 12 mg form and it skyrocketed by energy and libido went through the roof at that dosage, I noticed some hair shedding but that’s probably a sign it works as far as increasing testosterone AND DHT.

        @Graham Rhodenizer boron is something that I’m going to try again later this year. 9-12mg appears to be best. The benefit is supposedly to help free up some testosterone that’s being bound by SHBG

That’s the one issue with taking it in a “complex” form. 3-mg 6 mg is fine and beneficial but it doesn’t have the same effect for me as 12 mg and you can’t double the dosage of something like Sigma because you run the risk of getting way too much of the ingredients that could cause some damage.

      I have been taking the same brand of tongkat as in this video. I am 40yrs old, one month in, I agree with midnight and breakfast boners and increased strength and focus in the gym. I am happy with the product for sure.

        @Pranay Kumar I take tongkat ali 5 days on 2 days off. There’s not reason why you couldn’t do that with fadogia agrestis. We have VERY limited research with fadogia agrestis so we don’t really know how to best take it or cycle it.

      I have been taking both for a few months and unfortunately haven’t really seen much difference in the gym or bedroom. I am using a different brand from Amazon, but the reviews were really good, so I don’t know if I need to try a different brand or what. I finally broke down and got BHRT last week to be a bit more aggressive in getting results. Not sure if I will continue this or not.

        Same here. I used Tongkat from Indonesia and Fadogia from a reputable source. I had lab tests before and after 2+ months and my total test is relatively the same.

      I’ve been taking Fedogia agrestis, tongkat ali, DIM and turkesterone for a few months. My T went from 516 to 754 in the first 30 days. In the 2nd month I started gaining weight. I was 164 (I’m 6”2’) at 11% body fat. Today I weighed in at 182.9.
      Mostly gained in my glutes, not much if any fat gain that I can tell. My skin seems fuller and tighter than before. I’m cycling off for a month to see what happens.

      I am over 50 with naturally high testosterone and started with the Tonkat Ali for 6 weeks and then added fadogia there was a little bump with the tonkat but a huge wave when I added the fadogia. First time I tried any supplement other than whey powder 20 years ago
