Good info 👍 you don’t like fadogia agrestis ?
no Fadogia owes me 20 bucks
Fadogia didn’t make my top 10, mainly because of the concerns over testicular health. It doesn’t mean I don’t like it. I experienced positive benefits from it. If more research comes around that puts those concerns at ease, it will jump up on my list. For now, I’m back to taking cistanche with tongkat ali instead.
@chris Rocco 😂😂😂
@Lose Fat Get Jacked thank you
Great work, awesome job sir
Thank you. I appreciate it
informative !
Thanks. Glad to hear it
hey man you still doin the Turkey sandwich? any benefits
Just finished it up yesterday. Will give my final thoughts soon, but I’ve already done 3 videos on it where I have shared the benefits I was experiencing with it.
@Lose Fat Get Jacked i watch em all!! u know that bro
@Lose Fat Get Jacked it has been severly debunked by many including Jerry Brainum and many many others..glad it works for you
Go Giants!
@chris rocco there is limited research, which makes it easy for some people to debunk it. But just because there isn’t research to back up a lot of the anecdotal evidence doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work. I thought you always say that you are more about in the trenches than ‘science’. I don’t think that we actually have turkesterone on the market. As I mentioned in my last video, I wouldn’t be surprised if the brand I’m using also has no turkesterone and is actually beta ecdysterone, which some also debunk. But bro… I’ve been recording videos for years and documenting strength gains like I haven’t experienced in decades. So, people can debunk it all they want. I’ll just remain happy over hear making progress 😁
@chris rocco it’s always interesting how some people can look at a research paper and use it to debunk something and others use that same paper to show that it has promise. That same 2109 beta ecdysterone study Jerry used to ‘debunk’ it, the Stronger By Science guys used to say that there very well could be some potential here and that more research is needed. Personal biases have a huge impact on how people interpret this stuff. I choose to have an open mind and see how my body responds. I just can’t argue with the results and I DEFINITELY am not the only one experiencing them. Of course as with anything, people are making exaggerated claims, which I think is why we’re seeing backlash.
That was jam packed with helpful information. Thanks Scott!
Thanks for the positive feedback brother. I’m glad to hear that you found value in it.
I’m glad the creatine monohydrate is in top 10 however it’s still expensive. The only cheap creatine monohydrate so far is either Canadian protein or myprotein
It really skyrocketed in price. It’s ridiculous

Do you cycle tongkat Ali
Yes. 5 days on 2 days off
Actually laughed out loud on the sun/ballsack comment 🙂
😂 legit comments I receive from people. What a world we live in.
Ha! I had no idea I needed sun on the sac to get the t benefits!
Could you please help me with some healthy gainers? I am skinny AF,36 years old and people still tell me I’m 25 because of how skinny I am
Have you been tracking your intake?
@Lose Fat Get Jacked not really,I work too much and I eat when I get the time to,fast metabolism doesn’t help either
Ah, so convenience of a shake would be helpful then. Any kind of shake would be fine just to get the calories in. I wouldn’t necessarily say that one is ‘healthier’ than another.
@Lose Fat Get Jacked thank you,I’m a “rookie” to all of this. All my life it was very hard for me to gain weight. When most people fight obesity I’m the complete opposite
@vlajster same for me, was always stuck with weight and was believing in my hyper fast metabolism until i started traking my kcal intake. And it was just way to low. I would suggest giving it a try it takes time but les then training without an kcal surplus and losing on gains.
Defo giving the Tomkat Ali a try next Scott MINT
Awesome!!! I’m excited to follow along with your experiences using it. Especially since you’ve tried other various supplements as I have 👊
Have you tried Fadogia Agrestis?
Yes I have. I experienced a small increase in testosterone when combined with tongkat ali. Although it was a rat study that showed the impact on testicular function, I’m hesitant to use it again until further studies are done to prove that it’s safe.
Great appreciation 👏
Thank you for the positive feedback.
Why take ashwagandha when tomkat ali already lowers cortisol levels?
That’s a very good point. Thanks for bringing it up. cycle tongkat ali 5 days on 2 days off and only take ashwagandha 4 days a week on average, so there’s little cross over. It appears that it’s best to cycle off tongat ali for 2-4 weeks after 8 weeks of use so it maintains it’s effectiveness.
creatine had no effect on me; multivitamins and omega 3 on the other hand great stuff
Thanks a million for sharing your experiences. I appreciate it big time! I didn’t notice any difference using creatine in regards to workout performance, but that’s not to say that my body and mind weren’t experiencing any benefits. Some benefits from supplementation are subtle. You don’t necessarily feel them, but you are reaping the benefits.
