      Congrats on the almost noob-like strength gains! Feels good doesn’t it! Did you get your test levels checked after taking Tukesterone for 2 months? I’d be concerned about my body getting acclimated to exogenous test and slowing its own production. Another concern is the purity of supplements’ and toxins in them. I wish there were more rigorous testing and more studies on such supplements as Turkesterone. I’m glad it’s working well for you and hope it continues to! I may resort to such supplements or TRT once my testosterone levels consistently test below 300 ng/dl if improving diet, sleep, and exercise fails to increase my levels.

        @CinematicKen no you don’t need to take any supplements when you stop using tongkat ali. I only stopped taking tongkat ali, because I wanted to do a 2 month experiment with turkesterone. Now that I’m using tongkat ali again I do 5 days on 2 days off.

        Right on brother! I think being a supplement minimalist is definitely the way to go, unless of course you are deficient. Supplements such as vitamin D3, magnesium, and omega 3 fish oil can be a perfect compliment to our diet, especially considering many of us are deficient in them or at the very least not near optimal levels. Some could be said for vitamin B12 and zinc for some people. As far as supplements such as turkesterone, it’s really not necessary for most people but it was a fun experiment. I’m done with it for now. Back to tongkat ali, which I’m mainly taking because of the wonderful increase I felt in libido and well being. I’m combining it with cistanche. I’m in the gym working out 5 days per week. I’m in natures gym every day.

      Absence of evidence isn’t evidence of absence as Carl Sagan mentions. Some people have a very high thresholds for what they deem factual, and I know some who get hostile about what they deem as “stupidity” of people believing in certain things without or with minimal robust peer-reviewed studies as they sit n their “rational” high horse and mock others for trying new things. The issue with science is it can be a SLOW process that provides tiny bits of into here and there and is constantly evolving. Sometimes results conflict with each other. Sometimes studies are done poorly or only in a lab, which can differ from real world results. Sometimes money corrupts results. At the end of the day, you just have to do your own personal experiments and find what works for you! I think it’s awesome you were willing filter out the noise of hate and take the risk to be your own test subject on Turkesterone. It seems to be working great so far with minimal negative effects for you! May your strength gains continue even further!

      Ok, I’ll try it. My left hip has become a major issue, pain running anywhere and everywhere from my glute to my freaking ankle and foot. Osteo is the likely culprit, going in for an x-ray next week. I have just landed on that hip a few too many times whilst snowboarding, skateboarding, telemarking, and mtn biking. Maybe this will help a little, among maybe other things!

      Jerry Branium who is one of the most knowledgeable persons regarding the benefits of supplements recently came out with a video regarding Turkesterone supplements. His main point was although Turkesterone has a similar chemical structure to testosterone it would not bind to the body’s receptor sites the way testosterone compounds do to increase muscle size and his conclusion was save your money. I tried Turkesterone for 8 weeks and it did give me a some what feeling of well being but I did not see any other benefits.

        Thanks a million for sharing your experience with turkesterone. It sounds very similar to what my client experienced. I did watch Jerry’s video and see many others using it to debunk turkesterone. Using turkesterone isn’t about boosting testosterone levels and it’s absolutely ridiculous to see influencers talking about turkesterone as having steroid like effects. So, I think Jerry’s video helps in that regards. It’s not about turkesterone or beta ecdysterone directly building muscle… it’s more like creatine, where if it helps you perform more reps or increase the load… that would lead to more muscle gains. So it would work indirectly in building muscle. And again, with creatine some people respond to it and some people don’t. I think you did the right thing by embarking on the personal experiment and you now know that you didn’t respond to it and it’s not worth it for you to continue using it. Yet at the same time, it doesn’t meant that others won’t respond and that it isn’t worth it for them. And really, in the big picture although I’ve made some pretty freak’n awesome strength gains using this particular supplement, are those strength gains actually worth the financial investment? Did lifting a little more weight and performing more reps add value to my life that makes it worth spending that money, which could go towards other things that add value to my life. I think those are the more important questions.

        Thanks for sharing your experience. I don’t think there is any real turkesterone on the market. Most are likely beta ecdysterone, including the one that I just took for 2 months. You’re not alone in your experience. There are definitely mixed reviews. Some experiencing positive benefits as I did and others experiencing minimal to no benefits as some of my clients have. I know very little about laxogenin and haven’t used it… knowingly at least. Unless some of the supplements I’ve used have been spiked with it. Who knows? Which is why from here on out I’m only going with supplement companies who use the highest standards of testing and transparency.

      I will say my sleep has improved and my energy, the energy could be due to the sleep. My strength has gone up as well as improved recovery.

      I can say without a doubt that i “feel” stronger on Ecdy/Turk, noticably lifting a few more reps during sets that i can not seem to get when off the cycle and lose steam sooner….i would argue i ‘feel’ i can keep going for more sets at a higher Intensity with ecdy/turk

      Beta Ectysterone is the key ingredient in the one I took Scott and without doubt it works possibly similar to creatine about a 5% increase in strength MINT

I can’t believe how a small handful of people are upset that I experienced legit strength gains using this supplement, simply because it challenges their beliefs and there isn’t enough research to back up my claims. I mean, I can’t fake the progress I’ve been sharing in my videos. I record my workouts all of the time and have for years. Yet a small handful of people are pissed that I would even hint at the possibility that this ‘scam supplement’ could actually work.

      I have been using turkesterone for 22 days now, increased the dosage to 5 pills now, i can say that i feel harder in the muscles, longer lasting pumps.
      And more energy, can lift heavy even when i haven’t have bad/lack of sleep, and still make a lot of progress. Was sceptical to begin with, but this stuff makes a difference.
      If your training and nutrition is on point your training is at 95%, and i feel like turkesterone makes add the 5% ekstra, so you feel like you give it all every day 😁

I took 1 capsule for 10 days then bumped it up to 2 and that’s when I started noticing a difference. My client who I mentioned wasn’t experiencing any benefits was only taking 1 capsule for the first 2 months. He recently bumped it up to 2 capsules and has definitely been noticing an increase in strength, energy, and recovery.
