Have you heard of endocrine disruptors? As a man over the age of 40, your testosterone starts to go into a natural decline. A reason for that slow decline in testosterone is because of Endocrine Disruptors, which is a natural or a man-made chemical that may interfere with your body’s natural production of hormones. Even low amounts of endocrine disruptor chemicals may be unsafe.

The Endocrine System is a complex network of glands that produce and release hormones, which play a big part in our bodily functions. As a man, we are mainly talking about how endocrine disruptors specifically affect our body’s natural production of testosterone.

Here are things to be aware of to make sure your body is producing enough testosterone, and 3 endocrine disruptors you need to limit!

Thanks much for your video. Since I have alot of allergies I’m limited of what I can use. Mens perfume is out. I can’t use deodorant with any aluminum in it. Actually the aluminum makes me sweat more. So I use deodorants that don’t have the aluminum in it. Have a question. How about Shampoos and conditioners are they safe to use? I use Redkin products. My allergies dictates what I can and can’t use.

This helps, I stopped using mouthwash because of what it does to the bacteria that helps create nitric oxide

Yeah, I’m sure all the muscle-bound guys out there are not using toothpaste, deodorant, or eating processed food.

For toothpaste, you can use baking soda. I’ve been using that for 25 years. $2 and cleans the teeth and no endocrine disruptors.
