      Thanks for the very enjoyable video. The blog-style vids are so great just to see a bit of gym footage. Is that the new gym? Looks really nice. I also love the mix of videos where some are about fat loss and others are about surplus to gain. The last part about sleep is a nice reminder for me. Believe it or not, I slept for 9 hrs yesterday. Gotta admit back is a bit sore from lying down for so long (not in a bad way :))

        I’m so glad to hear that you find this vlog style of video enjoyable. I have a lot of fun recording them and love keeping things raw and real. Yes, that’s the new gym I’m at. It’s not always easy recording videos in the gym while trying to be respectful of others around me. It’s interesting how that sometimes happens when you lay down longer than normal and end up with a stiff back.
