Very important video. I also recommed everybody to find out their TDEE calories themselves, it took me a few weeks but through this i found out i ate way too less. I always starved myselft on 1800 calories while trying to lose weight and felt poorly with bad mood and always ended up binging and trough weeks of tracking every single thing i eat and drink and adjusting and more adjusting i found out that i acutally bur around 3500 – 4000 cals a day. (physical job, carrying around my son, shopping, gardening, riding my bike to work 30km and workout 6x a week for 50 minutes) all this playes a huge role in TDEE. Now i am only loosing about 0,1 – 0,3 kg per week at 3500 cals per day and i have to say i never felt better and happier! Next summer will be a shredded summer 100% 😁 My stats 177cm and 85 kgs. Around 20 % bodyfat.

Yes! Totally. Track your weight and adjust your calorie accordingly. It’s the only way to guarantee consistent progress from week to week.
Good point about the value of eating in a structured, similar way from day to day, too. That’s been the biggest gamechanger on my most recent (ongoing) bulk. I’m getting used to how it FEELS, too, so even when I deviate, if I’m able to eat to that same degree of fullness, it often works out reasonably okay.
