Well, as hard it will be for me to do, limiting my portions. I love big portions, but it gets me in trouble, especially when it comes to candy. But I’m doing it.👍

This time of year is the worst for me diet-wise. During the holidays, all I want to do is eat everything they have without a care in the world. Bad, I know, but at least I admit it.
And candy is one of my Kryptonites, especially Reese cups, my favorite. Also, those bakery goodies, Pumpkin Rolls and all. But if I know there’s gonna be a feast, I’ll keep it light till then.
