Unfortunately today a lot of people suffer from BDD
Body image has been and always will be an issue if we continue to compare ourselves to others rather than express the best version of ourselves. Although body dysmorphia disorder is troublesome in our fitness industry, the great issue of concern is overeating and obesity. Not that one is worse than the other individually, but as a society things are looking scarier and scarier when it comes to obesity.

Thank you so much for sharing these insights. I often say to focus on doing the activities that you love, but sometimes activities that you don’t particular enjoy end up becoming the ones you love the most.

Celebrate your continuous effort. It took me a while to learn this lesson and it’s still a challenge to avoid giving into temptations from time to time. You got this.
