      Haha so I thought it was super hilarious that when I clicked on your email newsletter for this video and it loaded up, the ad that popped up was for this “Echo Tapping” thing which started out with a pretty blonde lady saying “What if I told you that I have the one secret to [insert fat loss goal] and I have trained hundreds of CEOs and regular people jus like you blah blah blah” 😛 :D. So who has the secret to fat loss…you or her?!?!?! I’m so confused?!?!?! LOL 😉 😀 😛

      One of the biggest challenges has to be figuring out what your dream physique actually is and whether the necessary sacrifices are ultimately worth making to have that physique on a long-term basis. You might attain what seems to be an ideal level of leanness that looks great on the exterior but feels awful mentally and physically. Most people, myself included, can’t live in a permanent state where you have no energy or libido and constantly obsess about food. That’s where the compromise comes in- you might have to give up some leanness to reach a comfortable level you can actually live with. Anyway, that’s just the way I see it.

        You nailed it brother. It’s about look and FEELING your best. And FEELING your best should always trump the look. My body is a product of doing what brings joy to my life. Doing what allows me to feel my best. So many people chase the look and think that’s what will allow them to feel their best, but that’s often the opposite of what you should do
