ironically NO ONE EATS AT MAINT. lol if we all ate at maint. we would have the body of our dreams.!!..the problem is we eat 1000 calories beyond maint. on many days…then we try to compensate by cutting next day..yo yo as you mention…eating with regularity and sustained energy and walking playing in nature and lifting is the key..great video as always
Thank you so much for the positive feedback. Consistency with your nutrition and activity is definitely key. Doing everything that brings you joy.

Great vid. 👍 Thanks for reiterating your height and current weight again. That helps me adjust my next goal of 145 lbs. When I have reached that, I will decide if it’s sufficient or I have to adjust to a lower or maybe a bit higher final goal. 🙂
Only you will know where you feel your best. Keep moving forward with a heightened sense of awareness. I’m proud of you my brother.
Reassess the plan, adjust and have fun.
Another great helpful vid. Thanks Coach Scott
Fantastic additional insights and contribution to the discussion. I LOVE it and couldn’t agree more. Thank you for the positive feedback and continuous support. I appreciate it.
Could you make any anabolic ice cream recipes by using ninja creami ice cream machine since I’ve i bought it on sale.
If I ever get a ninja ice cream machine I’ll certainly make some recipe videos with it. Thanks for the suggestion.
lol me!!! when i eat sweet i feel god and happy
I definitely feel the same when I eat them responsibly
Great content. I’m 5’8 and my first cut and leaned down to 148 lbs or so and looked more shredded than I ever did. I “looked” the best I ever had. But I had all the issues – cold, low libido, crap sleep, food focused, grumpy. I have put some weight back on, closer to 158 or so. My abs aren’t as chiseled but I still look lean and feel strong and I’ve realized this is where I need to be. I may not “look” quite as good but I feel so much better!
Outstanding share brother! I appreciate it big time! I’m so glad to hear that you found your happy place where you look freak’n awesome and feel your absolute best. I’m sure most people feel you look even better now than you did when you were shredded.
The first 2 we’re my main reasons of feeling like crap. I thought, “Maybe I overdid it.” Or “Maybe I didn’t do enough to reach my goal.” The old me would’ve went back to junk food and ruined everything. The current me moved on and never looked back.💪
So glad to hear that you’ve overcome those obstacles and have come out of it stronger 💪
Really good content, hope you break through to the big leagues.
Thanks a million for the positive feedback and encouragement 💪
Awesome video! With regards to the diet fatigue.. I dieted down quite a bit and still need to go like 12 pounds but am really tired of the dieting. Would it be a good strategy to go into a slow lean bulk for like 6 months, then cut down again and lose like 2 pounds extra. I will repeat this cycle until I shredded the 12 pounds I still had left?
Congrats on your success! I recommend 2-3 months at maintenance and then finish your cut before getting into a lean bulk
