      I think about Yoga, sounds good! I remember when I was doing Marshal Arts and I had much better mobility than I do now. Yoga would help. I walked in to a Yoga class offered at my gym and it was all ladies and I decided to leave. I don’t want to invest in things like Yoga matts or anything unless I am really going to do it long term. Even my gym membership is a big investment given my low income.
