      Great video. It all resonates with me but structure more than anything. That is why weekends are tougher. The week has structure – pre-workout meal, gym, post-workout meal, bringing packed lunch and snacks to work, a mid-day walk, and a dinner from our regular repertoire. On the weekend I might not go to the gym, running around with kids to activities and maybe bringing in dinner or eating out, so that structure is gone. But that has been my challenge that I’m really improving on – enjoying those weekends in a reasonable way. One strategy has been to fast or just eat very little calories until later on the weekend days just focusing on the protein, that way if more carbs and fats come into the picture later in the day and at night my macros still generally fall into place.
