I tried the 10-10-10 this morning. Amazing!
Years ago I was in the best shape in my life doing 30 minute runs in the morning and an hour or so gym time in the evening. Now my life has become extraordinarily busy, in a good way. I penciled 20 minutes now on the weekdays to get my workout on (including the time to write this post). Glad to find something that can fit the time I have available with the resources I have available. Excited to see the results in the months to come. Thank you!

Whew this bad boy hurts. Great total body workout. Got through 2 rounds and 3 exercises 👊🏽 after 2 miles in treadmill.
Did one set in 8 minutes with 50 jumping jacks warm up. Nearly died. LOVE IT. Thanks Mr. Funk.

I did this today. I’m a 58 year old CrossFitter. Gym is closed thanks to Covid so Funk and his workouts have been fun.
