      “Any type of shrug in various planes of motion” – that’s helpful! I feel like you listed an overwhelming amount of exorcises in a short time. Right now I am very focused on pull ups and chin ups. Unfortunately the Gym I go to took out the Rings, I was really loving those. Inverted rows at different angles were so much fun! Getting the feet higher and higher and pulling your bodyweight up.
