Money is definitely getting very tight for us. Until yesterday I took creatine in pill form for convenience. Just purchased the powder form to save a bit of money.
If money was tight, Iβd drop creatine and just stick with any vitamins or minerals that youβre low in
@Lose Fat Get Jacked okay thanks. I think the impact that creatine has on my body is really minimal. I donβt notice any scale weight increase or decrease when use it versus when I donβt. Nor do I notice any strength change. I bought 300 g for a good price so itβs not too bad at all

Have you had your blood work done to see where your vitamin D, B12, zinc, and other vitamin and mineral levels are at.
I remember seeing a video on YT where a guy was asked, if you could only take one supplement, what would it be. The guy said COQ10. What do you think? It must be pretty good according to that guy.
Iβm currently taking Zinc, Mg, creatine, Ali tonkat (sp), and meletonin as a sleep aid. I normally take fish oil but I am saving calories due to my cut
