      How much caffeine do you drink a day? What other stimulants? This is not an attack. I’m 62 and in reasonable good shape. I would be gased after that. Which would be followed by soreness. Hoping for some insight. My diet is execellent. Would love to do this.

      Don’t know if you already have a video on how to breathe, listened to you during your workout. This is where I notice a lot of people struggle. If you learn to breathe properly Hit workouts can be more productive.
