I have also heard that from some other YouTuber and I have read about that as well. Proteins, Fiber and Healthy Fats.. With that I have loosing weight and I went from 5 meals to 2 meals and a 250 calories snack.per day. It has also help me to do fasting better in which I thought that I couldn’t do, but Im doing it!!πππ»

@Fit Father Project – Fitness For Busy Fathers thank you! It was really hard for me too. My Ex husband divorced me 22 years ago had 5 kids in which they are 27 to 33 now and had three family members passed between 6 to 12 years ago.. I began starting to take care of myself about 2 and half years ago and went from 206# down to 182#. My final goal is my marriage wt. of 128# . many people said its impossible to do that. I believe I can . Though true it will take awhile. I am 60 y.o. about 5 feet and 2 inches tall.
