      You can also use baking soda to brush your teeth. Very inexpensive, no chemicals, and does the job

      I’m on point with all of those except skipping breakfast. I do have a small bowl of oatmeal. I knew I had to make sure I get my rest when the younger generations started entering the workforce. I thought how do I make sure I can hang with those younger generations? I can make sure I get my rest and stay sharp. The bonus is I have more experience. Great info.
