Good video, Iβm 45, a couple years ago I was feeling like I had low T, I got my blood work done I was in the 300 and I almost went to a T clinic but I first tightened up my diet, got better sleep, and worked out more regularly and sure enough I felt better. I havenβt had my test checked lately but I feel great and my labido is good so Iβm sure Iβm fine. Too many guys jump on T in my opinion for the wrong reasons.
I think that’s bullshit!!
Eat healthily Do cardio, lift weights, rest and it’ll work for you!
